Additional Images from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Property blueprints for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.

Additionally featured in this recent photograph release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had created development schemes to build upon the substantial island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is covered in notations in red and features a key labelling distinct parts of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.

Additional materials made public as part of the current congressional release.
